Soy Sally y estoy buscando 1000 personas a las que les importe la salud mental. 

Trabajo como profe de meditación pero no lo habría conseguido sin personas que donan su dinero o tiempo a organizaciones como Three Jewels. Estas donaciones me permitieron obtener una beca y acceder a uno de los cursos de formación de profesores de meditación más increíbles que existen en la actualidad. 
Ahora, mi misión es asegurarme de usar todo lo que he aprendido y enseñar la práctica de la meditación para que más personas puedan vivir una vida plena, feliz y saludable. 

Three Jewels está organizando un evento de recaudación de fondos, el MED GALA, para conseguir el dinero que cubrirá las becas que otorgan cada año, poniendo al alcance de todes, clases de yoga, meditación y filosofía, así como programas dedicados a llevar estás enseñanzas a comunidades y lugares que no tendrían acceso a ellas. 

No pierdas la oportunidad de ayudarnos a seguir adelante con esta misión y llegar a más personas que esperan necesitan ayuda para mejorar su salud mental y su vida.

Hi! I'm Sally and I'm looking for 1000 people who care about mental health. 

I'm a meditation teacher but that wouldn't have been possible without the donations that people make every year to non-profit organisations like Three Jewels. Thanks to them, I was able to get a scholarship to access one of the most incredible meditation teacher training available nowadays. 
Now, my mission is to make sure that I use everything I learned, and teach meditation so that others can live fulfilling, beautiful and healthy lives. 

Three Jewels is putting together a fundraising event, the MED GALA, to raise funds for all the scholarships they give away each year, making accessible yoga, meditation, and wisdom  to everybody, as well as outreach programs (going to areas and communities that would otherwise have no access to this knowledge and practices.)
